The objective for the Benefiber digital refresh was to modernize the brand’s online presence to drive measurable increases in consumer interest, lead generation, and overall sales. This required a deep-dive discovery phase to identify high-impact UX enhancements that could be executed across a complex, multi-stage project roadmap.

The Action: Leading a 3-Phase Lifecycle & Integrated Production

As the Program Manager, I oversaw the end-to-end execution of a 3-phase relaunch, ensuring that the project remained agile and on schedule despite the staggered deployment of features.

  • Strategic Discovery & Auditing: Led the initial discovery phase to pinpoint UX friction points and identify opportunities for product storytelling and conversion optimization.

  • Phase-Gate Governance: Successfully managed the project through three distinct development phases, ensuring that each milestone met strict quality standards before moving to the next.

  • Integrated Media Management: Beyond the website refresh, I managed the production of interactive display banners, ensuring a cohesive user journey from off-site media to the brand’s digital hub.

  • Budget & Scope Stewardship: Maintained strict oversight of the project budget and scope, managing third-party vendors and internal cross-functional teams (Creative, UX, and Development) to prevent scope creep.
